so I bought this from kiwidesign.com expecting it to feel a lot more premium for the price, but it was just okay. I’ve had cheaper stuff before that worked just as well, so I don’t really feel like it was worth the extra money.

I wasn’t really impressed. The site looked okay. Normal, actually. But the whole ordering experience was just kind of annoying. Not worth the hassle. For the price, I expected things to go a lot smoother, and in the end it just felt like I wasted my time. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I don’t think I’d order from Kiwi Design again.

I ordered one specific strap and somehow these clowns sent me a completely different one. Annoying when you’re just trying to get what you actually paid for.

I picked up the KIWI Design head strap because I figured it would be a step up from the cheaper ones I’d tried before. It looked solid enough out of the box, and at first I thought I’d made a decent choice.

But after just a few weeks, the plastic hinge started making this annoying creaking sound every time I adjusted it. Then one side actually cracked while I was just fitting it on normally, which really caught me off guard because I’m not rough with my headset at all.

For what it costs, I expected it to hold up better. Maybe I just got unlucky with a bad unit, but after that experience, I don’t see myself buying another one.

I bought this from kiwidesign.com i’m annoyed. Right out of the box it felt kind of cheap, but I figured maybe it would be fine once I started using it. Nope. After a short time, parts started getting loose and the fit just wasn’t great at all. For what it costs, I really expected better quality. Super disappointing, and I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered this from kiwidesign.com thinking it would finally tidy up my setup, but the cable management is disappointing. The clips don’t grip well, so the cable still ends up dangling in weird spots and getting in the way. It kind of feels like nobody actually used this in a real setup before selling it. For the price, that’s frustrating. And of course, if you need help, you’re probably stuck dealing with some automated support loop instead of a real person, which just makes it more annoying. I wouldn’t buy it again.

The site just feels kind of messy and old... like there’s too much going on. It comes across a little cheap, and yeah, it’s not very easy to browse around. Just doesn’t really give off a nice shopping vibe.

I ordered this from kiwidesign.com, and wow, the instructions were so confusing. The pictures barely matched the actual parts, so I ended up guessing my way through half the setup. It took way longer than it should have, and I kept thinking, how is this okay for something people are supposed to assemble at home?

I bought this because it said it was compatible with my headset, but it didn’t fit right at all. Compared to the original piece, it felt way off and wouldn’t sit properly. Disappointing since I expected it to match much better...

Umm, they did end up replacing it, but the replies took a bit longer than I expected.

I reached out to kiwidesign.com about an issue with my order my gut feeling after a few days was that nobody was really paying attention. I sent a follow-up too, but still didn’t get any clear or helpful reply.

The product itself might be totally fine, but the support experience left me frustrated. It just felt off having to keep chasing them for something as simple as an update.

I had an issue with my KIWI design product and figured the warranty process would be straightforward. The product was fine while it worked, so I wasn’t expecting a big hassle when something went wrong.

Instead, support took forever to respond and kept asking me for the same things over and over, photos, order info, details I had already sent. After going through all of that, I still never got a clear answer or any real solution.

At this point it just feels like they dragged it out hoping I’d stop following up. I think I should be compensated or at least given a proper replacement, because the warranty was basically useless. I wouldn’t count on their support again.

I bought this thinking it would give my headset some decent protection, but right away it just didn’t feel like it was going to do much. The material felt thinner than I expected, and my gut was kind of telling me it wouldn’t hold up well. Sure enough, after one small bump, I still ended up with scuffs. For what it costs, I expected something sturdier. I wouldn’t buy it again.

For my use, the charging is okay, but I was expecting it to be a bit quicker. It gets the job done, just not as fast as I’d personally like.

I bought this mainly because I wanted longer play time, but the battery barely lasts about an hour before it’s dead. i feel stupid for trusting the claims because it’s not even close to what I expected. Really frustrating

I picked up this KIWI design head strap hoping it would make my headset feel a lot more comfortable, and to be fair, it does help. The weight doesn’t pull on my face as much as the original strap did, which was a relief because I was worried I’d regret switching.
That said, after playing for a while, I still notice some pressure on the back of my head, and I keep fussing with the adjustment trying to make sure I’ve got it set right. Maybe I just need more time with it, but it’s not quite the perfect comfort upgrade I was hoping for. It’s decent, just not amazing, so 3 stars feels about right.

I really wanted to like this, but... the grip just keeps slipping in my hands, and the controls feel kind of off when I’m playing. It makes games more frustrating than they should be.

At first it seemed fine, but after about 30 minutes the strap started digging into my head and the padding just felt kind of cheap. Weirdly, I remember noticing the little seam on the strap more than anything else because it kept rubbing in the same spot. Not awful right away, just not something I’d want to wear for long.

i wasn’t too impressed with the build quality. the plastic feels cheap, the edges are rough, and the finish just looks sloppy overall.
